My Goals :: 2005-04-05
Ok, so I'm keeping this named "Operation: Sexy" beacuse, well, I want to. I want to feel sexy again and I will get there.
So here they are. In no particular order.
However, on to some more tangible goals for BFL Challenge #2 - April 10 - July 2 2005.
GOALS
- to be able to complete 3 pull ups
- to be able to do 10 PROPER form push ups
- lose 20 pounds of icky fat off of my body
- to make at least 5 of my BFL workouts each week
- finish the whole 12 weeks
- to keep my free day eating exclusively to my free day
- to whittle my waist down to 38" (which would give me a few extra pants to wear of my wardrobe)
- to get enough rest - bed by 11:00 pm
- to drink at least 3L of water each day (including "free" days)
- to feel better about being me
- because, someday, I'd actually like to put my education to use and be a personal trainer
- to be a better example to my children. They're both girls and need something better than a fat mom to show them where to go in life.
- to learn to take control of food rather than letting it control me
- to feel sexy
- I want to feel healthier and have more energy
- I don't want to be embarassed to go clubbing anymore
- so that I can do better in tae kwon do. You can't do jumping, spinning and flying kicks when you're holding on to so much excess weight
- I'm seeing a friend later in the year that I haven't seen in awhile, so I'd like to look better when I do (ok, it's a boy)
- so that I can show myself that I can actually achieve a goal that I set out for myself
