Week ... what ever this week is :: 2005-05-16
Ok, so I've decided, a la Mini Challenge, that I will have a weekly affirmation to chant to myself daily.
This week: I am so totally music video/beer commercial hot!
This week's goals:
- complete all workouts as planned
- eat only planned foods each day
- plan each day's meals the night before
- drink at least 3L water daily
- complete 15 minutes of jump roping and practise TKD pattern twice each morning
- complete TiTM each morning
- get to bed BEFORE 11:00 pm each night
